This piece examined the discipline of remaining unchanged while everything else moves. The bench became a stand-in for the practice itself — not empty waiting, but active resistance to the pressure of constant transformation. The loose brushwork around the stillness tried to capture what it feels like to hold your ground while the whole chain churns forward.
